Job summary

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join the Neon Local Apartments team in Denver, CO. You will perform maintenance across the property, including turnovers, appliance repairs, painting, grounds, and responding to service requests.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of apartment maintenance on a 200+ unit property, broad trade skills (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), a customer‑service mindset, reliable transportation, and availability for on‑call rotation; on/off

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance on a 200+ unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC required.
• Customer-focused with teamwork skills.
• Willing to undergo background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on apartments and common areas.
• Complete service requests and appliance repairs.
• Paint and prepare units for turnovers.
• Respond to emergency calls and on-call rotations.
• Maintain grounds and offices as needed.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Neon Local Apartments, located in Denver, CO!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.
