Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and Installer at our Vancouver, BC branch!

This hands-on role involves routine equipment maintenance, assembly, and support for Superdeck platform installations . You'll work from our Vancouver yard and travel to job sites, providing on-site training and ensuring safe, efficient equipment setup.

What We’re Looking For :

• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in demanding environments
• Valid driver’s license, reliable access to a personal vehicle & willingness to travel (up to 50%)
• Comfortable working at heights and on construction sites
• PC literate, dependable, and a strong communicator
• Forklift, rigging, or welding skills (a plus!)
• Training available for the right candidate

Key Duties :

• Equipment maintenance, loading / unloading, and installation
• On-site team training and safety oversight
• Public speaking and clear communication with construction crews

Work Environment : This position requires working outdoors in all types of weather conditions, including wet / humid, extreme cold, and extreme heat, for extended periods of time.

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts

Travel : Up to 50%
