Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Maintenance Technician I to help maintain an industrial laundry facility. Responsibilities include repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting equipment such as washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors, and boilers, while performing preventive maintenance and safety tasks.

You will also help with housekeeping, inventory control, and maintenance records, supporting safety and efficiency in a large industrial environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English
• Experience with and ability to read a blueprint
• Basic Microsoft Office computer skills
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift
• High School Diploma/GED

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, install and troubleshoot industrial equipment and systems (washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors, boilers).
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and safety resolutions.
• Maintain housekeeping and monitor inventory; keep maintenance records.

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $28.56 - $36.49/Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
