Job summary

• 7–11 months of experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance for buildings, grounds, vehicles, and equipment.
• Inspect and repair mechanical systems, boilers, and related components.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checklists; document tasks.
• Order parts and services; obtain estimates as instructed.
• Ensure vehicles and equipment are fueled, cleaned, and serviced.
