Maintenance Technician - Campus One

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for maintaining the condition and functionality of a student housing community. This includes preparing apartments for new residents and providing excellent customer service while performing general maintenance work orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete interior and exterior work orders such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall repair, painting, appliances, and make-readies.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs on building systems.
• Assist with maintaining the swimming pool and spa, snow/ice removal, grounds debris removal, furniture moving, and supply unloading/storing.
• Be on-call for emergency work orders and lock-outs.
• Contribute to the Monthly Facilities Plan and uphold Basic Operating Systems & Standards.
• Attend staff and safety meetings/webinars.
• Report property violations to supervisors or managers.
