Maintenance Technician - 3rd ShiftExeter, New Hampshire, United States - ams-OSRAM USA Inc.What we expect- Performs hands-on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing of industrial automated manufacturing equipment.
- Documents routine preventive maintenance in SAP PM, record breakdown details and downtime data in applicable spreadsheets.
- Responds to unplanned equipment breakdowns with urgency to minimize unplanned downtime.
- Uses a variety of test equipment to troubleshoots machine malfunctions or product defects.
- Maintains and calibrates test equipment. Writes test procedures and interprets test data on standard jobs.
- Utilize hand and power tools to fabricate, retrofit and repair equipment.
- Create standard operating procedures and job instructions for performing maintenance activities or equipment operation.
- Assist in the implementation and sustaining of LEAN and 6S process disciplines.
- May be required to participate in on-call duty, first responder training, and/or hazardous waste training.
- Communicates with equipment OEMs and vendors as needed to expedite troubleshooting, repairs, and spare part procurement.
