AROW Global is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician in Winnipeg to keep our facility and production equipment operating safely and reliably in a hands‑on role.

You will perform inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance across building infrastructure, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment. The position requires a strong mechanical background and willingness to work varying shifts while coordinating with contractors.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and industrial maintenance background.
• Experience with electrical systems and basic machine wiring.
• Familiarity with MP2/TPM maintenance software.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a logical problem‑solving approach.
• Willingness to be on‑call and support different shifts.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and repair building infrastructure (doors, walls, floors, roofing, loading docks).
• Perform routine inspections and address safety hazards or damage.
• Support general upkeep, including minor repairs, painting, and grounds maintenance.
• Assist with winter operations (including snow removal or coordination).
• Conduct basic HVAC and ventilation maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility electrical systems (up to 600V).
• Maintain plumbing and compressed air systems.
• Diagnose and repair production equipment (extrusion, cutting, bending, pressing, laser cutting).
• Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs.
• Complete preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Conduct post-repair safety and operational checks.
• Support fire alarm, security, and emergency systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and coordinate external contractors.

What You’ll Do:

What You Bring:

• Red Seal Millwright (Industrial Mechanic) certification or equivalent is considered an asset.
• Strong mechanical and industrial maintenance background.
• Experience with electrical systems (motors, controls) and basic machine wiring.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software (e.g., MP2 / TPM systems).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a logical problem‑solving approach.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to be on‑call and support different shifts as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and passport (occasional travel required within Canada/US).
• Experience in a unionized environment is an asset.
