What will make you a great fit?

We’re seeking a proactive individual with maintenance experience. If you’re skilled at troubleshooting and ensuring smooth operations, you might be the perfect fit!

To excel in this role, you should have:

• At least two to three years of previous experience (considered an asset)
• Completed Grade 12 education
• A clean driver’s abstract
• Ability to use basic power tools and perform basic building maintenance
• Basic English skills (written and verbal)
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Plumbing knowledge (asset)
• Good judgment under pressure
• Physical fitness to stand, crouch, kneel, and lift over 25 kg
• Carpentry/construction skills (asset)
• Customer care skills

What will your role involve?

Primary responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance including millwork, door repairs, interior painting, drywall repairs, etc.
• Use power tools, paint, and repair drywall (asset)
• Assist with building operations
• Install trim, doors, moulding, and hardware
• Repair and refinish furniture
• Perform carpentry for cabinets and other items
• Operate power tools and equipment
• Respond to emergencies and service requests promptly
