Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas, entrances, walkways, and facilities (snow removal, window cleaning, vacuuming, graffiti removal, floor cleaning, waste disposal).
  • Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment and report maintenance requirements or repair needs to the Operations Supervisor.
  • Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks in residential units (sink/shower repairs, breaker resets, light fixtures, lock changes).
  • Perform preventive maintenance (HVAC filter replacements).
  • Ensure contracted services meet performance standards and safety expectations.
  • Use Angus Anywhere to manage tenant work orders and preventive tasks.
  • Weekly inspections of vacant units and report unusual conditions.
  • Assist with contractor access and site tours as needed.
  • Maintain inventory of tools and supplies; advise on procurement.
  • Oversee third-party contractors and ensure work aligns with contracts and PO's.
