itec group in Toronto, ON is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to support daily electrical maintenance on CNC fabrication machinery, conveyors, brake presses, and related automated equipment.

You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot breakdowns, and work with PLCs, wiring, sensors, motors and controls to keep production safe and efficient. Occasional Facilities Maintenance assistance and day-shift availability are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, wiring, motors, sensors, and controls.
• Previous experience with automated manufacturing equipment; strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting.
• Available to work the Day shift.

We're excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as an Electrical Maintenance Technician with an established Canadian manufacturer in Toronto on the Day shift!

Daily responsibilities: Electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of automated CNC fabrication machinery, conveyors, brake presses, and related automated equipment. Preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs. PLC troubleshooting Electrical installations, wiring, sensors, motors, controls, and other industrial electrical components. Support preventative maintenance programs and ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently. Assist with Facilities Maintenance as required.

Mandatory Requirements

• 3+ years of electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, wiring, motors, sensors, and controls.
• Previous experience working with automated manufacturing equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Available to work the Day shift.

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary Range: $38/hr to $43/hr + benefits, pension
