The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring equipment uptime through timely troubleshooting and repair. This includes all production equipment such as injection molders, blow molders, fillers/cappers, labelers, case packers, conveyors, palletizers, and stretch wrappers. The role also involves maintenance of facilities and auxiliary equipment like chillers, air compressors, water filtration systems, and general plant maintenance.
The Maintenance Technician works directly with machine Operators, Supervisors, Preventative Maintenance Mechanics, and Senior Maintenance Technicians to resolve mechanical issues and proposes solutions for complex problems.
