Job summary

You will diagnose, repair and maintain building systems, perform unit turnovers, and participate in on-call rotations as part of a dynamic northern team. A valid driver’s license and several maintenance skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency service calls in a timely manner.
• Complete unit turnovers, including repairs, inspections, and renovations.
• Conduct routine inspections of building systems and equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Assist with contractor coordination and project work as required.
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance programs.
