Adecco is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for a temporary role in Mississauga, ON, offering $22-$23 / hour. This hands-on position supports daily maintenance of an indoor tank farm, focusing on mechanical repairs, preventive maintenance, and general facility upkeep. Working under the Maintenance Lead, you'll help ensure equipment runs smoothly and safely in a fast-paced industrial environment.

• Pay rate : $22-$23 / hour.
• Shifts : Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm
• Job type : Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with pumps, hoses, filling stations, and material handling systems.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and general facility upkeep (lighting, ceiling tiles, minor repairs).
• Follow safety protocols, including Lockout / Tagout (LOTO).
• Work closely with the Maintenance Lead to prioritize tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts used.
• Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests.

Requirements :

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• Has prior mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Understands mechanical systems and safety procedures (including LOTO).
• Can safely operate hand and power tools.
• Is detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Is comfortable working indoors in a tank farm environment.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
