We're looking for great talent to join our team as Maintenance Technicians. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conduct routine property and site inspections and perform maintenance as required.
• Complete preventive/demand maintenance tasks such as chemical treatment, filter changes, belt replacement, lubrications, utility room cleaning, fire prevention system maintenance, testing, and inspecting equipment.
• Inspect, operate, maintain, and repair boilers, chillers, HVAC equipment, pumps, generators, uninterruptible power supplies, and life safety systems.
• Monitor electrical power distribution and building automation systems, responding to alarms promptly and systematically.
• Perform minor repairs like replacing washers and faucets, clearing sinks, toilets, and drains, replacing pumps and motors, and resetting breakers.
• Ensure maximum energy efficiency and proper operation of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Operate in compliance with all applicable government codes and regulations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Perform outdoor groundskeeping, garbage collection, landscaping, snow removal, etc., as needed.
• Coordinate activities with subcontractors and order parts and materials upon approval.
