Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Calgary Downtown properties. The role focuses on keeping equipment in good working order, performing routine repairs, and supporting daily maintenance of building systems to ensure guest safety and comfort.
The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of hotel maintenance experience, a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments while upholding health and safety standards.

We are in search of a dynamic Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for keeping all equipment in good working order with routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks. The ideal candidate will take pride in assisting others on the team including the Chief Engineer, with day-to-day maintenance of the building and grounds, ensuring a safe environment for our guests and associates by meeting all safety standards, and providing professional, courteous service to our guests, according to brand and company standards.
An experienced professional with a minimum of one year of experience, preferably in a similar sized hotel property.
Someone with an outstanding work ethic, along with a track record of reliability, punctuality and an approachable demeanor, and a strong commitment to Safety.
Experienced and knowledgeable in common mechanical building equipment, food service equipment and general building maintenance.
An exceptional problem-solver, knowing how to troubleshoot and resolve situations efficiently.
Agile, able to shift priorities as needed, including handling guest or associate situations that may suddenly occur.
Able to work well under pressure and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
An excellent communicator who values teamwork and collaboration.
Someone who understands and adheres to Health & Safety regulations, laws and protocols at all times.
Someone with good knowledge of plumbing practices, painting, drywalling and basic carpentry.
Physically able to frequently stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, push, pull, crouch, and lift or carry objects up to 50 pounds or more.
