Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Experience maintaining industrial machinery, electrical systems, and electronic controls.
• Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance team members to build capabilities.
• Partner with EHS to ensure safety standards are met.
• Meet KPIs, monitor labor, and track tickets.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and inventory control.
• Conduct audits and support budgets and cost analysis.
• Provide performance feedback and conduct appraisals.
• Travel as needed to support network needs.
