Job summary

Deltacrp in Canada is seeking a Maintenance Support Coordinator to manage the maintenance store inventory and coordinate procurement of maintenance materials. The role includes providing transportation support by driving for material purchases and related activities.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a manufacturing setting, with experience in inventory management and material coordination, and holds a High School Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, plus a Qatar Manual Driving

Qualifications

• High School Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in maintenance store operations, inventory management, or material coordination.
• Valid Qatar Manual Driving License (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance store, including receiving, issuing, and monitoring spare parts and consumables to maintain optimum stock levels and prevent shortages.
• Coordinate the procurement and timely delivery of maintenance materials.
• Verify received materials against purchase orders and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Maintain documentation related to inventory, purchases, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Provide transportation support for the purchase and collection of maintenance materials and spare parts.
• Prepare work permits and ensure compliance with company safety procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).
• Strong organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
