Job summary

Resilient Structures is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to support production and processing of composite utility poles. You will coordinate repairs, manage work orders, and work closely with skilled trades to maximize uptime.

This role requires a technical diploma and at least two years in a manufacturing environment with CMMS experience. The position involves safety processes, lean activities, and occasional OT in an industrial plant setting.

Qualifications

• Technical post-secondary diploma/degree is required.
• Min. 2 years in manufacturing coordinating with skilled trades and CMMS use.
• Ability to coordinate and follow up on multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Review equipment performance and coordinate repairs.
• Support skilled trades and Production Dept. to maintain equipment uptime.
• Generate work orders and schedule with vendors or internal staff.
• Assist in troubleshooting machine issues.
• Participate in weekly meetings and Lean activities.
• Perform administrative duties related to payroll and scheduling.
