Job summary
Saputo Inc. in Saskatoon is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems in a 24/7 facility.
You will develop annual plans, manage budgets, lead trades, and ensure safe, efficient operation of packaging and production equipment. The role requires an engineering degree or equivalent certification, 5+ years of supervisory experience, and strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, CMMS, and SAP/Kronos.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or related technical certification.
- 5+ years in a supervisory/management role.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS.
- Knowledge of SAP and Kronos is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance personnel and coach through proactive communication.
- Maintain sanitation, packaging, storage equipment and facilities.
- Develop annual maintenance plans and budgets with the manager.
- Ensure safety, OH&S compliance and proper tool availability.
- Coordinate with trades, vendors and engineering on projects.
- Maintain accurate timekeeping and PM/DM completion in CMMS.
