Job summary

Bunge in Crossfield, Alberta is seeking a Maintenance Technician / Millwright with supervisory exposure to join our team. You will plan, coordinate and participate in safety-inspection and maintenance activities across multiple assets and sites, ensuring reliable operations and compliance with safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a Journeyman certificate in Industrial Mechanic/Millwright, 4+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, and some supervisory training.

Qualifications

• Journeyman certificate in Industrial Mechanic/Millwright trade.
• At least 4 years in bulk material handling maintenance.
• 3 years in supervisory roles or with supervisory training.

Responsibilities

• Plan and participate in safety inspections and maintenance programs.
• Coordinate large facility shutdowns with contractors and logistics teams.
• Manage local budgets, materials, and service contracts.
• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure equipment uptime and safety.
• Provide training on cleaning, drying and processing equipment.
