Job summary

Ford of Canada is seeking a manufacturing leader to drive transformation, improve quality and efficiency, and supervise teams across rotating shifts including nights and weekends.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3–7+ years in supervisory or manufacturing environments, and a solid understanding of PLC logic and controls. Lean/Six Sigma experience is a plus, and the position is based in Ontario.

• Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

The expected annual salary range for this position is $85,000 - $135,000 and individuals may be eligible to participate in our Annual Compensation bonus program.
