Job summary

ATTA Elevators Vancouver Inc. seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our field maintenance team and ensure safe, reliable, high-quality elevator service across the Lower Mainland.

You will supervise technicians, coordinate maintenance and service calls, and uphold safety and industry standards while supporting employee development and customer satisfaction. Vancouver-based with travel as needed.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of elevator industry experience required, with maintenance or supervisory exposure preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of elevator maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and field operations.
  • Solid mechanical and electrical knowledge and ability to read technical documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support elevator technicians in day-to-day maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate technician assignments, schedules, service calls, and maintenance requirements.
  • Ensure maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company and industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to technicians in troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues.
  • Conduct regular toolbox talks, safety meetings, and training sessions.
  • Monitor equipment performance, maintenance quality, callbacks, and outstanding service issues.
  • Ensure technicians have parts, tools, equipment, and information to complete work.
  • Work with customers, property managers, contractors, and internal teams to address service needs.

ATTA Elevators Vancouver Inc. is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our field maintenance team and ensure our customers receive safe, reliable, and high-quality elevator service throughout the Lower Mainland.

What You Will Do
  • Supervise and support elevator technicians in their day-to-day maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate technician assignments, schedules, service calls, and maintenance requirements.
  • Ensure maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company and industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to technicians in troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues.
  • Conduct regular toolbox talks, safety meetings, and training sessions.
  • Monitor equipment performance, maintenance quality, callbacks, and outstanding service issues.
  • Ensure technicians have the necessary parts, tools, equipment, and information to complete their work.
  • Work closely with customers, property managers, contractors, and internal teams to address service needs and resolve concerns.
  • Support employee development, performance management, and training.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and applicable BC health and safety requirements.
  • Assist with modernization, repair, and other operational projects as required.
  • Contribute to the continued growth and success of ATTA Elevators.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of elevator industry experience, with maintenance or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of elevator maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and field operations.
  • Solid mechanical and electrical knowledge with the ability to read technical documentation.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and support a team of technicians.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Comfortable using business software and learning new systems and technology.
  • Valid driver's licence and ability to travel throughout Vancouver and the Lower Mainland as required.
