Duties & Responsibilities

1. Diagnose malfunctions and perform vehicle repairs in accordance with all relevant guidelines and requirements.
2. Oversee the implementation of maintenance and safety procedures at the local level.
3. Manage the use of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) ERP system for maintenance tracking and parts inventory.
4. Supervise parts inventory and oversee preventive and unscheduled repairs.
5. Coordinate with other local operations functions such as driver care, route operations, and customer care.
6. Supervise maintenance staff at the facility.
7. Uphold high ethical standards and report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior.

Qualifications

1. 5 years of fleet supervisor experience in a Diesel Shop with heavy/medium-duty fleets.
2. Minimum of five years of auto/truck or bus mechanical repair experience.
3. Experience with DOT compliance for medium/heavy trucks.
4. Proficiency in computer use and diagnostics.
5. Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
6. Experience in planning and scheduling maintenance.
7. Supervisor experience in purchasing and budget management.
8. Willingness to work flexible schedules.
