Job summary

Duliban Insurance Brokers Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Professional to keep our Welland, Pelham, Grimsby, and Dunnville locations welcoming, safe, and well-maintained.

Reporting to the President, you will perform interior and exterior maintenance, grounds upkeep, and coordinate with external contractors for larger projects.

This part-time role requires 3+ years in maintenance, the ability to lift, work outdoors in varying conditions, and a valid driver’s license with access to a truck.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a maintenance or trades-related role.
• Available to work varied shifts at least 2 days weekly.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including lifting, standing/walking, climbing ladders.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable truck for transporting materials.

Responsibilities

• Perform general interior and exterior maintenance, improvements, and small-scale projects.
• Maintain grounds, including grass cutting, trimming, and garden upkeep.
• Conduct preventive facility inspections and maintenance as required.
• Complete minor repairs and coordinate with external service professionals for larger projects.

Job Title: Maintenance Professional
Reports To: President
Compensation Range: 23.00 - 26.00 per hour
Hours of Work: This is a part-time weekday position with varying hours between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Work Location: Primary work location includes Welland, Pelham, Grimsby, and Dunnville. Occasional travel to Stoney Creek and Mississauga may be required based on operational and maintenance needs.
