Job summary

Duliban Insurance Brokers Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Professional to keep our Welland, Pelham, Grimsby, and Dunnville facilities safe and well‑maintained.

This part‑time role reports to the President and involves hands‑on upkeep, small projects, and preventative measures. The position requires 3+ years in a maintenance/trades environment, availability for at least 2 days weekly, and a valid driver's license with access to a suitable vehicle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a maintenance or trades-related role.
• Available to work varied shifts at least 2 days weekly.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including lifting, prolonged standing/walking, climbing ladders, and moving equipment or furniture.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable truck.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform general interior and exterior maintenance, improvements, and small-scale projects.
• Maintain grounds, including some grass cutting, trimming, and garden upkeep.
• Conduct preventative facility inspections and maintenance as required.
• Complete minor repairs and coordinate with external service professionals for larger or specialized projects.

Job Title: Maintenance Professional

Reports To: President

Compensation Range: 23.00 - 26.00 per hour

Hours of Work: This is a part‑time weekday position with varying hours between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Work Location: Primary work location includes Welland, Pelham, Grimsby, and Dunnville. Occasional travel to Stoney Creek and Mississauga may be required based on operational and maintenance needs.
