Job Opportunity: Maintenance Plumber – Commercial Buildings (Southampton)
Initial 3-Month Contract – Potential for Extension
Location: Southampton
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: £18 Per Hour - PAYE Basis

We’re currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading Facilities Maintenance provider, for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to work across a range of commercial properties in the Southampton area.

Role Overview:

1. Carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance in commercial buildings.
2. Ensuring all works are completed to high standards and within health & safety guidelines.
3. Collaborating with on-site teams to minimise disruption and maintain service levels.

Requirements:

• MUST have commercial maintenance experience within the facilities maintenance industry.
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing.
• Proven track record in plumbing maintenance.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
