Apprentice Pipefitter or Plumber (2nd to 4th year only)

Maple Reinders Constructors Ltd. is looking for Apprentice Pipefitters or Plumbers for a project in Calgary, AB. This is your chance to start a career with one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies as part of a dynamic team of construction professionals!

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

We are looking for construction tradespersons who have experience with:

  • Registered Apprentice (2nd to 4th year)
  • Hydrotesting
  • Preferable Telehandler ticket
  • Knowledge of Bolt Up, Fastening of Steel and Steel Members
  • Reading & interpreting interferences from all drawings
  • Experience with Process Piping & Equipment Install
  • Establishing control points with accuracy
  • Experience with PVC/HDPE and stainless-steel piping
  • Able to install various types of mechanical equipment and architectural hardware.
  • Able to transfer levels over large distances with accuracy.
  • Rigging and installing equipment
  • Mechanical bolt-up
  • Experience with industrial and/or commercial construction is an asset.
  • Knowledge of water treatment and/or wastewater treatment facility construction an asset
  • Valid Zoom Boom Ticket is considered an asset.
