Job summary

Pacific Coast Terminals Co. Ltd. in Port Moody, BC, is seeking a Maintenance Planner to coordinate and plan maintenance activities across the site, reporting to the Senior Manager of Maintenance and Engineering.

The role focuses on generating and closing work orders, coordinating crews and contractors, and maintaining computerized maintenance records to improve productivity and safety.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or Electrical trade, certificate, program or engineer in training (EIT) is preferred; Mechanical or Electrical-related experience and asset.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably within a relevant or comparable industry or on-site experience.
• Project management or maintenance management program certificate is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan maintenance activities across the site.
• Generate, execute and close work orders; maintain related records.
• Coordinate maintenance crews and outside contractors and service providers.
• Support safety programs to ensure health, safety and environmental standards are followed.
