Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a meticulous MRO Parts Planner to oversee maintenance inventory, ensure critical spare-parts availability, and support production reliability while optimizing costs. You will plan and manage inventory levels, forecast requirements, and coordinate with Maintenance, Procurement and suppliers, maintaining CMMS/ERP records.

A 1–3 year background in MRO inventory or maintenance planning, CMMS/ERP experience (SAP/Maximo/Oracle), and strong Excel, analytical, and organizational

• 1–3 years of MRO inventory, maintenance planning, or supply chain experience.
• Experience with CMMS/ERP systems such as SAP, Maximo, or Oracle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• Strong Excel, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
