Job summary

Nortera Foods Inc. is seeking a Maintenance coordinator to bridge production and maintenance teams. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, manage parts inventory and support equipment reliability.

The role operates Monday to Friday daytime, starting as soon as possible. Reporting to the Maintenance Director, you will prepare parts lists, ensure availability for seasonal production, and update the computerized inventory system while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• DEP in industrial mechanics (or equivalent).
• Good command of computer software.
• Knowledge of industrial mechanics and/or industrial parts/tools.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between production and maintenance for preventive maintenance work.
• Ensure parts availability for seasonal production and prepare kitting after season.
• Prepare parts for corrective work per mechanics/electricians' requests.
• Review parts used for preventive maintenance.
• Control and manage tools at the St-Denis factory.
• Update the computerized parts inventory system.
• Check and take inventory of parts.
• Ensure employees complete store documents.
• Receive parts and place them correctly.
• Manage external repairs.
