Responsibilities

• Maintenance of site equipment
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance inspections, as well as electrical and mechanical repairs within your area of responsibility
• Complete daily assigned work
• Manage emergency breakdowns effectively
• Support root cause analysis and prevent future downtime
• Collaborate with operators and other teams to minimize downtime, safety, and quality risks
• Communicate effectively during shift handovers, work order feedback, and meetings
• Demonstrate troubleshooting skills and resolve issues promptly in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Valid Mechanical ticket in Ontario
• Secondary trade license is an asset with associated pay incentives
