Job summary

Equans is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic in Ottawa to install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. You will read blueprints, install and align equipment, inspect systems, and perform routine maintenance with a focus on safety and quality.

Five years of industrial experience, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and strong problem-solving skills are required. French is an asset.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Ability to pass background checks and security screenings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in adverse conditions.

Responsibilities
