Eurostars Hotel Company is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a 4-star hotel in Montreal. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring facilities operate safely and efficiently, while managing energy use and regulatory compliance.

The role involves leading the maintenance team, coordinating with external subcontractors, and ensuring inventory control of parts and consumables. Montreal-based, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Higher vocational training in maintenance-related specialties (electricity, HVAC, electromechanics, installations or similar).
• Strong knowledge of regulations applicable to public buildings.
• Proven and consolidated experience in maintenance, preferably in hotels or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Prevent, detect and repair any malfunction or damage in the hotel's facilities, ensuring their proper operation.
• Control and optimize energy consumption, promoting efficient use of resources and sustainability.
• Plan, execute and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance plans, ensuring full compliance.
• Ensure compliance with current Occupation Risk Prevention (ORP) regulations, as well as building self-protection and evacuation plans.
• Coordinate and supervise the technical maintenance team, as well as external subcontracted companies operating in the hotel.
• Manage the spare parts and consumables storeroom, ensuring proper availability and inventory control.
