The Maintenance Manager is accountable for the proper maintenance, operation and upkeep of the service centre – the external building and grounds, HVAC, refrigeration and all equipment. The Maintenance Manager plans, directs, and schedules the daily activities of the maintenance shop and staff while maintaining a cooperative labour relations environment, with support from the Maintenance Supervisor. Optimal equipment performance is key and critical to achieving the facility’s productivity targets – the Maintenance Manager has the lead to ensure equipment performance objectives are met.
$130,000 - $160,000 annually, commensurate with experience
