Talent One Recruitment and Staffing is currently in search of a candidate to fill a Maintenance Manager role for a food production company in the city of Vernon, CA.

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: 1st shift, 6am start time – Flexibility depending on production and company needs.

Pay Range: $100k-$135k (D.O.E) +10% Bonus

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Previous experience in manufacturing management (7 - 10 years)
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem solving ability
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft applications
• Flexible schedule (able to work overtimes/weekends as needed)
• Facility Operations 24/7, Manager may be required to work on off shift times

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and evaluate employee performance (Mentoring/Training)
• Achieve departmental goals related to safety, quality, cost, and production
• Ensure members of cross-functional teams are productive and take initiative in their departments
• Manage budget accounts (MRO)
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance plans to ensure systems are running efficiently
