Talent One Recruitment and Staffing is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Maintenance Manager at a food production company in Vernon, CA.

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: 1st shift, starting at 6am, with flexibility based on production needs.

Pay Range: $100k-$135k (depending on experience) + 10% bonus

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• 7-10 years of manufacturing management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Flexible schedule, including potential overtime and weekend work
• Availability to work off-shift hours as required for 24/7 facility operations

Job Responsibilities:
