Position: Maintenance Helper

Type: Permanent Part-Time, 30 hours bi-weekly, 8 am - 4 pm

Reports to: Environmental Services Manager

Southbridge Care Homes is seeking a Maintenance Aide to support our London, ON location. This role involves responsibilities in mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance, serving as the first point of contact for facility concerns from management and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support maintenance operations, including painting, general upkeep, and ensuring standards are met.
2. Assist with exterior property maintenance such as snow removal, lighting, garbage, and other tasks.
3. Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Post-secondary certificate in skilled trades or related experience.
