Job summary

Viterra Inc in Canada is seeking a Maintenance Journeyperson to participate in day-to-day maintenance of assets, ensuring safe, timely and efficient service at our Saskatoon operations.

You will perform safety inspections, maintain bulk material handling equipment, read blueprints, and lead less experienced maintenance staff. A Journeyman certificate and 4+ years' bulk maintenance experience are required, with on-call availability. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Journeyman level certificate in a recognized trade.
• 4+ years progressive bulk handling maintenance experience.
• Experience reading building plans and blueprints.
• Lead by example with less experienced staff.
• Canadian Grain Industry knowledge is an asset.
• Physically able to perform required job functions.
• Availability for extended or on-call hours.

Responsibilities

• Complete safety and regulatory inspections of equipment.
• Manage material purchases and pre-order checks.
• Maintain safety training and safe work practices.
• Prepare time certificates, reports, and pre-maintenance records.
• Share best practices with internal and external groups.
