Qualifications

Job description

Position Overview

Reporting to the Manager or designate, the successful candidate will operate, maintain, and repair building systems and equipment. This role involves performing trade duties at a journeyman level across various construction trades. Responsibilities include building demolition, renovation, construction tasks, building system operation, maintenance, grounds maintenance, and administrative duties. The position may also involve supervising designated staff.

Qualifications: Education, Training, and Experience
  • Graduation from a recognized program in power engineering, with three (3) years of recent related experience; or
  • An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Certificate of competency as 4th Class Power Engineer.
Skills and Abilities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to deal effectively with others.
