Parks Canada Jasper National Park is seeking a Maintenance Crew Supervisor to lead a team of 10+ staff in maintaining campgrounds, day-use areas, parking lots, roads and visitor facilities in Jasper, Alberta. This is a hands-on supervisory role requiring field work when needed and a focus on safety and quality workmanship.

The position emphasizes coaching, scheduling, and coordinating across trades and technical services to ensure operations run year-round in outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a maintenance crew in a multi-site outdoor environment.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor and evaluate performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a professional team of 10+ maintenance employees responsible for campgrounds, day-use areas, parking lots, roads, bridges and visitor facilities.
• Plan, assign and oversee daily operational activities; ensure safety and adherence to Parks Canada standards.
• Provide coaching and performance oversight; coordinate with trades, technical services and other operations teams.
• Engage in hands-on field work as needed and contribute to a positive, year-round outdoor work environment.
