You will also be involved in training and handling customer feedback and complaints.To be successful as a Closing Supervisor, you should have previous experience in the hospitality industry, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction. You should also be able to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and solve problems effectively. You must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
