Longboard Architectural Products in Abbotsford, BC, is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support our maintenance team and Manufacturing Engineering projects. You will manage spare parts, purchase orders, and CMMS data to minimize downtime and keep projects on track.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will work between office and plant floor, coordinating with technicians, supervisors, and procurement to ensure timely parts availability and accurate records that meet ISO 9001 standards.

Formación

• 3+ years in maintenance coordination in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with CMMS and ERP systems required.
• Strong data entry, record-keeping, and written communication skills.
• Post-secondary education in technical/operations is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Create and process quotes and purchase orders for maintenance parts, supplies, and services.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and suppliers to ensure parts/materials are on hand before work begins.
• Maintain CMMS data and inventory levels (min/max, assets, PMs).
• Support PM programs and work order creation, and prepare job packages for larger repairs.
