Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for Equipment & building in Dorval, QC, Canada. The role involves coordinating maintenance work between technicians, customers and engineering teams, preparing daily summaries and ensuring KPI adherence while prioritizing tasks across short-term and weekly horizons.

The successful candidate will leverage MS Project and Maximo ERP, bring 2–5 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate strong leadership and customer service skills in a high-volume

Qualifications

• You have a secondary degree.
• You have good leadership.
• You have good customer service skill.
• You are bilingual French and English, in both written and oral.
• You are able to manage time in a high-volume job environment.
• You have 2 to 5 years of experience.
• You have good knowledge of MS project suite.
• You are working with an ERP module (Maximo).

Responsibilities

• Communications between technicians, customers, plant engineering and planner.
• Prepare Summary of the day and pass over.
• Adhesion to KPI.
• Assignment of work order per technician.
• Consolidate inputs (MP, MCU, MCP) and coordinate work according to priorities (short term, daily, weekly).
• Communicate the actions plans and follow-up with customers and stakeholders (Notice of work).
• Carry out pre and post-intervention ''go-see'' operational in force.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in order to support.
• the preventive vision of the company
• Ensure proper monitoring of KPIs and manage discrepancy management.
• Perform RIPs (potential impact review).
• Write work permits.
• Assist / Support the maintenance leader.
• Active participation in the DMM in order to bring the issues.
