Our fleet includes pneumatic tankers, flat decks, step decks, curtain side trailers, vans, side dump, and end dump trailers.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager and the Accounting Manager, the Maintenance & Daily Operations Coordinator is responsible for administration, coordination, and reporting of maintenance needs for the Calgary office. This includes tracking, scheduling, and managing customer relations.

Scope of responsibilities:

  • Daily debriefs and updates for multiple teams and leaders
  • Purchase and work order creation and management
  • Driver and dispatch maintenance support and service
  • Create and manage shop and dealership bookings
  • Track and document truck and unit movements, upkeep information, and data records
  • Manage tire, tow, and mobile services for units and vendors
  • Maintain tire inventory records for offsite locations
  • Oversee building upkeep and schedule maintenance as needed
  • Assist with other paperwork and reporting as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in office management or similar roles
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills
  • Understanding of accounts payable/receivable and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and self-motivation
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize demands effectively
  • Exceptional customer service and professionalism
  • Experience with PeopleNet and/or MIR is considered an asset
