Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, welding, or general maintenance.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and use hand/power tools.
• Physical ability to lift heavy loads and work in demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical wiring, and structural components
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction or repair tasks
• Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively to assemble or repair equipment and structures
• Conduct inspections to identify issues requiring maintenance or replacement
• Assist with construction projects including framing, carpentry, and assembly of mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems using schematics and technical manuals
• Perform heavy lifting of materials or equipment as needed for project completion
• Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations during operations
