Job summary

Reimagined Parking in Oshawa (Lot 528 - 1 Hospital Ct) is seeking a Maintenance staff member to ensure smooth operation of the parking facility. The role includes general maintenance, custodial tasks, and assisting guests, with priority on safety and cleanliness.

Shift pattern includes evenings Mon-Thu 7:00pm-11:00pm and weekends 6:00am-2:00pm; start ASAP with deadline 2026-09-29 for internal process. You will work with the Operations Manager to meet company standards.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance and repair of the facility and parking equipment.
• Daily custodial tasks and upkeep of the parking area.
• Routine inspections of parking equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Courteous assistance to guests and customers.
• Collaboration with the Operations Manager/Shift Supervisor to maintain cleanliness and safety.

The Maintenance staff performs a variety of tasks to ensure a smooth operation of the parking facility, while delivering service that exceeds our customer/client's expectations. Depending on the needs of the location, the Maintenance staff is responsible for general maintenance and repair of facility and parking equipment. This role involves daily custodial tasks, basic maintenance, routine inspections of parking equipment, and provides courteous assistance to guests. The position plays a key role in ensuring the facility meets company standards and delivers a positive customer experience.

The Maintenance staff works closely with fellow team members, Operations Manager, and/or Shift Supervisor to ensure that cleanliness as well as safety standards are met at all times.
