Job summary

Woodbridge Pallet is seeking a reliable Maintenance Assistant to support day-to-day maintenance and repairs on our afternoon shift at the Woodbridge, Ontario facility.

This role provides an entry point to a Maintenance Mechanic career, with on-the-job training, safety emphasis, and the chance to grow within a stable, full-time team.

Responsibilities include assisting with equipment upkeep, preventive maintenance, basic carpentry and mechanical tasks, and ensuring a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, labour, or warehouse environments.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality; willing to learn and take direction.
• Forklift license is an asset.

About the Role

Woodbridge Pallet is looking for a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Assistant to support our day-to-day maintenance and repair operations on our afternoon shift. This role is a great entry point for someone looking to build a career as a Maintenance Mechanic or working toward a skilled trade in maintenance.
