Role Description

Design, develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, JCL, and DB2.Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and modify online and batch applications. Create and optimize DB2 SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures. Perform impact analysis for application enhancements and production issues. Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance bottlenecks. Support production systems, incident management, and root cause analysis. Participate in application modernization and migration initiatives. Develop and execute unit, integration, and system testing. Prepare technical documentation, program specifications, and operational procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams during project implementation and release cycles. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
