Job description

We are seeking a reliable and professional Mailroom Clerk to support daily mailroom operations within a corporate office environment. This role is responsible for receiving, sorting, tracking, and distributing mail and packages while ensuring efficient mailroom operations. The successful candidate will work independently, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent customer service when interacting with employees, vendors, and couriers.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and courier shipments.
• Prepare outgoing mail and coordinate courier pickups.
• Maintain accurate records of mail, package, and delivery tracking.
• Deliver mail and packages throughout the office on a regular basis.
• Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and internal stakeholders regarding deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient mailroom environment.
• Monitor and replenish mailroom supplies as needed.
• Handle sensitive and confidential mail with discretion.
• Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with employees and visitors.
• Work independently to manage daily mailroom operations with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous professional experience in a mailroom, office services, facilities, reception, administrative support, shipping/receiving, courier, or logistics environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage recurring daily responsibilities independently.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
