Job summary

Primerica in Mississauga is seeking a temporary Mail Services Van Driver to join the Distribution team. You will perform daily van runs between the Distribution Centre and Head Office, handle mail and boxes, and support facilities with general tasks.

The role requires a valid G license, good driving record, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; prior mail service experience is a plus. This position offers a temporary assignment with potential for extension.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• G-class driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Daily van runs between Distribution Centre and Head Office.
• Pre-sorting and slotting of agent mail and correspondence.
• Pick-up and drop-off all Canada Post correspondence.
• Provide daily bank bag service for the accounting department.
• Month-end mail/package pick-up at Toronto airport.
• Operate folder/inserter machine for client billing notices.
• Maintain mail bins in Distribution Centre and Head Office.
• Monitor facilities phone voicemail and place service calls.
• Log all Facilities requests and provide facility support.
• Other miscellaneous/warehouse duties as assigned.
